The staff are really friendly here! I love how big lots has everything from house wears, to furniture, to obscure snacks and health food! Sometimes if I have time to kill I will just wander around to see what random things they have!

Very unprofessional people that work there. I caught the manger and the employee talking about customers I feel they are unprofessional and the manger should lose her job.
When you need something at a reasonable price, and you need it quickly, this is a nice local store you can go to! The staff are friendly and the store is well maintained. For such a small place they have quite an array of items in stock.
